Consultant (m/w/d) SAP Fieldglass

RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Consultant SAP Fieldglass (f/m/d) you will be responsible for the following tasks at the Warsaw location or from your home office:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of and analyze customer business requirements and goals; develop system configurations to meet customer requirements
• Responsible for the evaluation, configuration and testing of Fieldglass system enhancements and user enablement
• Create and present high quality Fieldglass demonstrations and presentations to customers
• Supporting the development of training materials and training customers in the use of the system
• Performing health checks of the existing Fieldglass implementation including suggestions for improvement
• Deepening knowledge of modules and best practices and coaching junior consultants on project implementation

REQUIREMENTS:

• In-depth knowledge of one or more SAP cloud solutions (Fieldglass, Ariba, SuccessFactores) or other cloud-based systems with a focus on External Workforce Management or operational experience with SAP Fieldglass via MSP or staffing agency.
• Technology expertise paired with a business mindset
• Analytical and solution-oriented; ability to solve complex problems through detailed insights and constructive critique of issues/complex situations
• Ability to build personal relationships with clients and colleagues while inspiring and motivating others
• Strong organizational, planning and management skills
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills; confident and composed presentation in formal speaking situations; create effective and engaging presentations without losing focus on the agenda
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; attentive listener and knowledge/expertise sharer
