RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Independent and individual support as well as strategic development of our clients
- Independent handling of requirements and issues, and provision of solutions
- Coordination of international teams consisting of developers and analysts
- Regular monitoring of work progress
- Testing of the provided solutions
- Proactive and qualitative information to the client
- Occasionally, coordination meetings are held at the client's premises
REQUIREMENTS:
Must-have:
- Proficiency in office programs (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Interest in the topic of "Procurement"
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics
- Ability to self-manage, manage time, and work in a structured manner
- Strong communication skills and good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize
- Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written), as well as cultural understanding of international colleagues
Nice-to-have:
- ITIL certification
- Experience with SAP products and SAP Ariba
- Basic knowledge in the area of supplier enablement and catalogs
- Knowledge of the procurement process
- Experience in customer service / service desk / help desk
- Knowledge of ticketing / incident management tools
